The tv output is only in ntsc format only. The xrandr parameters:
[ja...@archie ~]$ xrandr --output DIN --set tv_standard pal
and xorg.conf options
Option "TVStandard" "PAL"
does nothing...
I'm using xf86-video-ati-git 20090723, but with stable version 6.12.2 there is
the same result.
