Not sure what the bug is with textured video, but why is r100 textured video pathetic? Are there performance problems? I always thought even the cheapest (1-pipe) rv100 variants should probably be fast enough to do textured video up to (both source and destination) 1080p (at least p24, though from theoretical specs alone even 1080p60 shouldn't be an issue).
