OK it seems its a radeon bug and no xorg.conf failure.
I tested with a Ubuntu 9.04:

Normal Boot:

I see the Boot Logo hear the bootsound (holy crapy....) but then black screen.
Nothing happens.
I tested if some tty are available and pressed ctrl+alt+f1...f7 and get a
prompt.
lsmod | grep radeon 
shows me that the radeon is active.

Boot in graphic safe mode:

no problems. I can login. lsmod | grep radeon doesnt show the radeon as active.

workarounds? fixes?etc?
