When connected to an LCD TV over HDMI, there is no sound. The sound is ok with
the Catalyst driver. The picture is perfect, but no sound. I'm using kernel
2.6.37, Gentoo, xorg-server 1.9.4, xf86-video-ati from git, mesa from git,
libdrm from git
