See comment #29, upon initial boot the radeon interrupts are firing when first
booted, they then stop for 1 CPU when glxgears runs, and then stop totally
after X is killed restarted and glxgears re-runs.   What is glxgears doing that
affects the routing IRQs in the BIOS???
