Per a suggestion in #xorg:
jgavey: Triskelios, yes, I can snapshot the striping/tearing
Triskelios: see if disabling tiling (see the driver options) helps. file a bug
on bugs.freedesktop.org, attach what you pastied, as well as Xorg.0.log and the
screenshots
