I just pushed this along with:

0004-Remove-custom-dualhead-code.patch
0005-Remove-custom-DGA-code.patch

FYI, there are slight differences to 0004 compared with what you
reviewed. Since the patch removes an option, I removed mention of it
from the man page as well. Besides that, I fixed a whitespace error and
added one sentence to the commit summary.
