Hello,
Seems that something has changed in navi10 powerplay code and is now not
working. Its present in current amd-staging-drm-next and
amd-mainline-dkms-5.0(which was used to track the problem).
Been able to track it between two versions:
5.0.81(48317fb4380e525ee96187dc02f3902694696fed) confirmed working and
5.0.82(fdf4947d93b84a0ec722cbccb040ff1d22b85281) affected(see attachment).
You can reproduce by simply copying same pp_table over running.
