I'd like to suggest to have a look at

I think the part of
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=19848
that refers to xf86pciBus.c should be applied to both git master and
included into branch 1.5.
Assume a PCI resource at 0x00050000/65536. Without that patch this is
erroneously reported as
0x00050000/0
on 32Bit LE systems (at least on x86), or as
0x00000000/327680
on 32Bit BE systems. Quite confusing!
