I'm running Xorg's X11 version 6.7.0-2, at least according to rpm, on
Fedora Core 2 linux boxes. Old, I know, but that's what I'm stuck with.
Upgrades are not possible.
I'd like to disable the MIT-SHM extension. Can someone please tell me how
to do it with the version of X I am using?
I tried adding
Section "Extensions"
Option "MIT-SHM" "disable"
EndSection
to my xorg.conf but X didn't like that and through an error at start up.
Any ideas?
