Hi all, I'm new to X11 programming, and I have a question on how to switch between windows. I'm writing an application that shows different media types, includding videos and flash animations. The application has one window for each media type, and I want to switch between the windows to display each media. When the application is showing a video (with VLC) and I try to switch using the functions in the GUI library I'm using (GTK+), I get an error, but when I press alt+tab with the application running I can switch without any problem. For this reason I think it should be better to switch using X11 specific functions.
Do you know any function I should look for? Any other help? Thank you very much and sorry for my bad english, Joao Paulo
