Because Xvnc is producing same "XINERAMA extension not supported by
server" I am guessing that RedHat does not compile in xinerama support
into their Xvnc. The other clue is that Xvnc does not list xinerama
option when doing a "Xvnc -help". I am trying x11vnc with the Vesa X
server and xinerama, but the x11vnc just hangs and I never see the 5900
with "netstat -ln". Thus getting connection refused when trying to
connect. Any ideas why x11vnc is not fully starting? I have looked
through the logs and such with no hints of wrong doing. Thank you for
your reply.

I am trying to get dual heads and xinerama to work with Xvfb and getting:

XINERAMA extension not supported by server
That's your answer.
Xvfb :90 -screen 0 1024x2048x24 +xinerama &
mwm :90&
I have also tried
Xvfb :90 -screen 0 1024x2048x24 -screen 1 1024x2048x24
and
Xvfb :90 -screen 0 1024x2048x24 -screen 1 1024x2048x24 +xinerama
The later Seg faults.
Any ideas why xinerama is not working.
I asked this same question a while back: Xvfb does not and will not
support xinerama, but Xvnc and xorg-x11-vfb do.
You can try using those as alternatives.
