On my display I might be able to see the artifacts that you mention, but it
is hard to tell since I do not know what the correct image should be.
There are 3 very subtle horizontal bands near the bottom of the image
that might be part of the background or maybe not...
OK, hope this one is clearer:

There's a blue bar to the left and some not-so-easy to spot green ones
to the right.
And yet another thing I didn't mention: they always appear at the
bottom-half of the picture, never in the upper-half.
