Problem was solved.
It was screensaver in xorg, which should be turned off by "xset s off" also.
Thanks for patience.

Subject: Disable dpms with xser
Dear all.
I have Xubuntu (fully updated) XFCE.
>From "cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log"
[ 14.528] X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0
[ 14.528] Build Operating System: Linux 3.2.0-32-generic x86_64 Ubuntu
[ 14.528] Current Operating System: Linux vas-xub1210 3.5.0-19-generic
#30-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 13 17:48:01 UTC 2012 x86_64
[ 14.528] Kernel command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-3.5.0-19-generic
root=/dev/mapper/hit--slim-xub--1210--root ro vga=795
[ 14.528] Build Date: 27 November 2012 07:44:35AM
[ 14.528] xorg-server 2:1.13.0-0ubuntu6.1 (For technical support please see
http://www.ubuntu.com/support)
I disable all screen savers.
But I can't disable dpms.
By "xset -q" I got:
DPMS (Energy Star):
Standby: 300 Suspend: 300 Off: 300
DPMS is Enabled
Monitor is On
This is ok, my monitor is turning off after 5 min of inactivity, but it is also
turning off when dpms is off by command "xset -dpms".
Can some one give any clue with this small problem.
Thanks in advance.
