Nope - the Xorg server itself runs on BSD, Solaris, Linux, Windows, & MacOS
kernels.   No version should be specific to just one Linux kernel version.

Various video drivers will have dependencies on matching kernel driver versions,
especially the ones that rely on Kernel ModeSetting (KMS) in the kernel driver,
but that's outside the core Xorg server itself, and depends on the video device.
