we have a quirks file that's provided with the server, I can add this entry to it. Please file a bug (just so we have a easy permanent reference), assign it to me and I get this into the file. please also attach you evtest output for the device and annotate which button generates which keycode. as for the snippet: you can drop all but Identifier, MatchProduct, and ButtonMapping. the other options are superfluous or not even supported anyay.
