Hi,
It seems the C++ IDE, Code::Blocks, now ships with a bundled MinGW
compiler in its Win32 install.

Disclaimer: I have not tried building XORP with this and the w32api it
ships with is fairly old.
It might be an easier way for folks to get most of they need to build
the code on Win32 in future.
