Ok, seems it's trying to do something now that I have the policies more
correct:  It crashes on exception because a next-hop is 0.0.0.0:

CorruptMessage from line 325 of bgp/path_attribute.cc -> NextHop 0.0.0.0 is not 
a unicast address

Guess I'll go digging in the code...
