Change xrl pipe group ownership to be xorp
Based on a patch from Joe Coco.
With this patch, the permissions are as follows
(when created by xorpsh run as user root):
srw-rw-r-- 1 root xorp 0 Mar 10 15:06 xrl.aAVNEc
