Fix build on Fedora-23.
The template recursion limit of 25 was too small,
the UNUSED() macro caused issues, and clnt-gen was
missing a semi-colon.
Also, fix conflicting name in vrrp/vrrp.cc. Hopefully,
that is fixed correctly.
