The input not working properly in portrait mode is probably due to how you
rotated Xournal or the screen. In X, the output and the input have to be
rotated independently (the commands are 'xrandr -o right' and 'xsetwacom set
stylus Rotate CCW'), and in Maemo, this is probably already handled
correctly. A project to try to fix this is in the works (I have a few
patches for it):
