hi everybody, if it is of any use to anybody, I have integrated the entire history of Denis CVS repo of xournal into my github repo. I have also integrated the Ubuntu package (0.4.5) into it.
With respect to search...I was in the process of finally completing the search, when I realized I was doing it the wrong way :( so i removed the changes, and will start again basing my work on whacked (Alex) git hub branch. My original approach was to highlight all the matches of a string (like Evince does) but I think it is far more cost-effective to just highlight the "current" match and move from one to the next.
