technically, it is possible. The main challenge is that the library we
use does not support sophisticated shapes, so they would have to be
implemented as drawing polygons. I suspect that it is kind of similar to
the way that pressure sensitivity is done.

But to be honest, there are soo many things we should implement/fix
before, that unless somebody takes the task to implement this, I don't
think we will do it in the foreseeable future. 

My main concern has been for the last 8 months to port Xournal to gtk3
(yes, I know, i have been slow but I have a full time job :)
