Hi, having a problem when switching between 2 running xservers. 1. My platform: Linux RedHat 7.1 2. XFree86 4.1.0 3. Graphics interface: Matrox G400 AGP 32MB I do the following: On my LINUX PC, first I start an 16Bit xserver (display #0). Then I start a second xserver in 8Bit mode (display #1). My work is distributed over the 2 displays (16 and 8 bit), and the switch between the 2 displays Ctrl+Alt+F7 resp. Ctrl+Alt+F8 and the console window makes no problems for some time. But after some minutes, without any reason, when switching from the 8Bit display to the 16bit display, the 16bit xserver crashes. The 8bit server remains running. This behaviour was new after installing xfree86 4.1.0 (over 4.0.3), with 4.0.3 I had no problems.
