    I said all of my X-Render extension test apps work on my
machine with Xinerama and NVIDIA cards.  I don't use KDE, but
I wouldn't expect that they use more of Render than I have tested
with Xinerama. 

   Do you have problems without Xinerama, ie. traditional multihead?
If so, they are likely driver bugs.  If not it's probably a
Xinerama bug.
