Hello,
I am trying to get a Dell C600 laptop work with X whilst docked in its
docking station. This used to work under v4.0.3, but now appears broken.
Spec:
C600 - ATI Rage M3 128, 8Mb. Mandrake v8.1
The config was changed to use the "Display Mirror" option so it can be
used when both docked and undocked. This is confirmed by the log line
saying it will use both the TFT display and the external display. The
problem is that neither displays initialised when X is started. I've
included a copy of the config used on my other laptop, which is working.
The only difference is that my other laptop runs always undocked, just
using the external vga port. The log file looks the same for both
setups, its just the docking station doesn't work.
Regards,
David
