[Xpert]Draft seven of the XvMC spec.

   Attached.  It adds a XVMC_INTRA_UNSIGNED field.  Appearently
it's common for drivers to expect the decoder to convert the intra
data to unsigned.  The header files in XFree86 CVS already 
reflect the specification change.
