-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 The problem (in my opinion) is that you need to use a kernel module for the 2Go, or for all their cards to get 3D acceleration. This means you loose all the advantages of the stability of the Linux kernel, i.e. your system becomes no more stable than the kernel module (you end up with something about as stable as Windows). This mostly causes problems with certain software: for example I can't use Konqueror without freezing the system; and some people apparently have no problems at all. Even without using Konq. my system freezes every few days (I've tried various versions of their drivers with the same result).
Since Nvidia is not planning on supporting the 2Go with the XFree drivers in the near future, I am going to try to get Dell to replace my 2Go with an ATI card once I return to Canada where I purchased my system ...
