That looks like the problem some people have reported with recent compilers; they default to using compiler options which don't work for modules. I don't have the option you need to hand, but it has been suggested in this list. When you look in the archives it may help to know that Red Hat 7.1 or 7.2 was mentioned when discussing this problem. -- Dr. Andrew C.
