Well, the problem is the bouncekey delay is only .1 sec.  And so when you
go to type words with the same letter it in more than once then it beeps
at you and you have to wait a bit.  SlowKeys is turned off.  And
I have repeat keys set to .3 and 10.

So BounceKeys works.  It just can't get better than .1sec (or can it if
you manually edit the file?
