Mark and Daniel have it all wrong--in the by and by, the activatead 
window
         is acutally a sub element; it plays off of the original window that 
allows
        entry which would be the main program.  Thus, there is no inactive
        or acative window as all windows are sub elements--and the only
        energy would be found in function XXXX167.   If there 's no energy,
        there's no activity and if there's no activity, there's no possibilty
        of inactivity.  See?
