You have to disable AA fonts. the G400 doesn't support RENDER on the second head. (at least I never got it to work). Then it will work fine. The G400 is a terrible card for doing dual head with if you want AA fonts, accelerated video (Xv) or accelerated 3d. Your request about kicker is valid though. It would be nice to have it support to separate bars on different displays. Right now you can almost achieve that with an external module but it's not ideal. What I do is set it to 50% width and thus it stays only on the first head. This works well for me.
