The "nv" driver that comes with XFree86 supports nForce graphics,
but only in XFree86 CVS. There wasn't support back in 4.1.0. It's
basically like a GeForce2 MX except there are still some timing/clock
issues in the "nv" driver with nForce and it can't do high
resolution modes in 32bpp without static during graphics operations
(simliar to what you'd see on i810/i815 graphics).
16 bpp is fine, and 32bpp is fine with NVIDIA's binary drivers.
Framebuffer throughput is also kindof slow in the open source
"nv" driver (also kindof like the i810/i815).
