I'm not really sure what you are asking, but you might wish to look at the stereo visuals in OpenGL. This is included with XFree86 v4, and allows 3D objects to be drawn twice, with left and right eye viewpoints. This usually requires support in the graphics card and display, so I'm not sure that any drivers support it yet. -- Dr. Andrew C.
