Hi,
does anyone has experiance with GLX on FireGL2 (or even better
as contact to ATI) ?
a friend tries to get GLX working on a FireGL2 in a
1.5 GHz Dual-Athlon with Tyan-board. he uses the most recent
(binary-only:( drivers from ATI ver. 1.9.7 and Linux
2.4.4 or 2.4.16 kernels (with SMP). basic setup is ok
and GLX is working fine.
but running "viewperf" benchmark X crashes with the following
kernel messages:

any idea what's the problem here and how to fix it ?
