Hi! Why are there no builtin PAL modelines in XFree86 ?
After all PAL ( and also NTSC ) are 50 year old standards and you should be able to figure it out by now :-) I had to compute one up manually. Was a nice excercise though ! Oh, any idea how to use lower pixel clock than supported by chip ? xfree85 4.1.0 says my SiS 6326 can't go lower than 16 MHz, while I need 12.something MHz for 7xx*5xx PAL mode. -- David Balazic -------------- "Be excellent to each other." - Bill S.
