   Perhaps we need to pull it out of extmod and make it a separate
module so you have to explicitly put it in the Section "Module" to
have it used.

   From my point of view, the only useful thing in DGA is the pointer
stuff, which in my opinion, should be elsewhere.  I think there should
be a general X-extension (not XFree86 specific) geared towards relative
pointer movement.  Eg, a call to grab the pointer, remove it and have
one client shanghai all pointer events, the reporting of them being
in terms of relative motion.
