Using all above options + adding xkboptions doesn't help.
Also

is that syntax proper? Or maybe I should use:

Option "XkbOptions" "altwin:left_meta_win"
?
Anyway IMO keymap in XFree 4.1.0 was much better than it's now ;\
Changing behaviour IMVHO isn't best choice, too.
