Hi, I'd like to use one head of a Matrox G550 to drive a remote video projector. The projector has an ICS 1523 PLL for pixel clock recovery from the SVGA RGB analog signal. This set-up works under Windows 2000, and under Linux (same PC) using a variety of other graphics cards and a variety of XFree86 server releases (same modeline).
However it doesn't work with the G550 under Linux with XFree86 4.10 and the latest drivers from the Matrox site. I tried 4.20 (and the latest CVS) but can't get the G550 to work dual-headed, hence 4.10. Any ideas about why the RGB analog signal (from both DVI and RGB heads) of the G550 should differ from that of other graphics cards? Many thanks, Fergal. _______________________________________________ Xpert mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/xpert
