Hi.
I installed RHL 7.2 on my Toshiba 1800-814 laptop and everything
was Ok except that I can not run X.
I have seen from previous messages that this is not a new problem and
that it has something to do with the video card.
After reading previous messages looking for some help I'm now more
confussed. I do not know wether I have a Trident CyberBlade XPAi1 card
or a CyberBladeXPm or a CyberAladdin-T. The conclusion I got from other
people's experience is that the XFree86 version that comes with
RHL 7.2 does not support this kind of video cards since they did
not get the information from the vendor (Trident).
Those messages were in this list last December.
My question is. Do you know if this problem has been solved ?
In that case, does anybody know what should I do to run X in
my computer ? Should I install some special driver or what ?
