man 2 intro:
2 ENOENT No such file or directory. A component of a specified pathname
did not exist, or the pathname was an empty string.
I'd guess that this is 3.x and that you didn't specify a server to install.
You could probably just symlink your desired server to /usr/X11R6/bin/X, if so.
