Hi,
I'm using Xfree86 4.2.0 on a Compaq Armada 3500 (RH 7.2) with a Chips
69000 video card.
This work as long as I use the "noaccel" option.
However, without this option, I can start X, but as soon as I do
something a bit complicated (start netscape) the system locks up hard.
In Xfree3.3.6 the noaccel was not needed.
Any solutions ?
BTW. Are the archives searchable ?
