i did asked on dri-user list, but still no reply
i think lkml is not the right place, but i'll probably post there 
and i'll post on dri-devel too
i tried to find smth in the DRI doc's  but i couldn't find anything
which says that /dev/agpgart can/can't be opened more than once or is it
possible to have more than one 

may be i should look in the kernel source 
but i'm not than fluent in C
