Hello.

Could somebody help with the topic? I'm curious as to where XF86 keeps
its files with layouts, and if there is a way (an end-user programme?)
to alter those files. In that way, for instance--

[ key points to English double-quotes `` (one symbol.. it must be
somewhere in standard font sets)
] key points to the other quote

Then, would it be possible to similarly modify another layouts, such
as koi8-r (Russian)? If I press Shift-6 it would put << symbol (typo-
graphical quotes), &c.

If I can receive any pointers on that topic, that already would be
of much help, thanks in advance. :)
