this is not really a question for this list, it would be better
off with the sawfish experts ;-)

sawfish allows you to bind any key to several commands, use the
sawfish configuration tool for that or the gnome configuratio panel.

In case your problem is getting the windoze keys to work you might
want to try changing the XkbModel in your XF86Config:

Section "InputDevice"
    Identifier  "Keyboard1"
    Driver      "Keyboard"

    Option "XkbModel"   "microsoftpro"
etc...
