I get a strange error when trying to compile XFree86 from CVS. The makefile in xc/doc does not get made. When I manually try xmkmf in the xc/doc directory gcc complains about specs being a directory. Renaming specs to xspecs and changing the Imakefile appropriately works. I am using gcc-2.95.4-ds8.
