There's no manpage for the radeon driver yet, I might write one for
4.3.0 if I get around to it but to be honest there's a lot of other
stuff I'd rather do (hint, hint :)...

Other people have reported the same behaviour with this option; I
suspect it may have got broken when multihead support was added.
What if you put
Screen 1
in the device section instead?
