Can you provide more details about the hardware and drivers you
are using, and also the server version? All that stuff would
be in the /var/log/XFree86.0.log. It sounds like a driver bug
if the second head is not getting unblanked. Maybe it's a known
problem for your setup, and maybe it has been fixed recently.
