Where can I get documentation on the XFree86 extensions to the X
protocol, such as XFree86-Misc, etc?
Speaking of that, where do I get information on some of the other
nonstandard protocol extensions that are included in XFree86, like
SGI-GLX or MIT-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD? Some of them are in xc/doc/ like
'evi.{PS,TXT}' for Extended-Visual-Information. But some aren't.
Where would I find docs on those extensions?
I'm not interested in the C library documentation for these, but the
*protocol* documentation. I'm not writing in C (actually, I'm hacking
on programs using CLX, rather than Xlib).
