I have ATI Mobility Radeon M7 and I have  a lots of vertical "bars" in
the screen like you , If you find any solution please tell me and If I
found anythink I will tell you

Your config has 
#    Option "Dac6Bit" "False"
#    Option "Dac8Bit" "True"
Since the VGA connector is giving the correct output, I don't think you
should need to uncomment these lines, but the DVI output is behaving as
if you had:
        Option "Dac8Bit" "False"
or
        Option "Dac6Bit" "True"

I guess that the DVI output isn't getting this right.
I don't have an 8500, or much time for this sort of thing, but *if* I
get around to it I'll see if it happens on a 7000 or I can see any bugs
in the code.
